These terms apply when you purchase a digital product, such as Is It Histamine? The Guide, through this website or our MailerLite checkout.

1. What you're buying

You're purchasing a digital download. No physical product is shipped. Access is provided immediately after payment, via a download link and a confirmation email.

2. Your right to cancel, and immediate access

Under UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, like this guide, that right can be waived, but only if you expressly agree to it before you receive access.

By ticking the consent box at checkout, you confirm that:

"I expressly consent to receiving immediate access to the digital content and understand that, once access or download begins, I will lose my statutory 14-day right to cancel."

If you do not tick this box, standard consumer cancellation rights apply.

3. Refunds

Because this is immediately accessible digital content and you've expressly waived the cooling-off period at checkout, refunds are not available once the guide has been downloaded, except where required by law (for example, if the file is faulty or you were sent the wrong product).

4. Personal use only

This guide is for your own personal use. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the file.

5. Pricing

Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable tax. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time, this won't affect a purchase you've already made.
